Ans aging really think nobody likes. Dying certainly do not. But for the inhabitants of the Old Pension "wonderful opportunity" these issues are ubiquitous. Christian Lollike brings his play "Your pardon, old man, where can I find time, love and madness contagious?" a theme on the theatrical stage, by which one cultivates the auszuschweigen prefer. But what if you own even before the election stands, what one has to do with pflegebürftigen parents or spouses? What the ancients thought about? And what they dream?
Don Otto and Biermann least dream of the secret cigar smoking in the garden, traveling to foreign countries, to beaches and palm trees and ultimately want to build a tower to look over the land can. Mrs. Frauke, the dedicated director of the home is equal to fire for this project because it hopes to gain this kind of "wonderful opportunity" to a name. Meanwhile, the nurse falls in love with the kleptomaniac Valentin Vera, while stealing from his other two colleagues, residents and hide their booty in the garden. All the fuss, the singer did not harm anything, she always sways with her diaper on the stage, dressed like an opera performance. And despite dementia, senility and liquid food, the joy seems to be alive still not lost.
The piece is different, no question, but received by the "Main Post" wrong a bad review. Sure, the topic is unpleasant, perhaps because it relates to sooner or later everyone. Christian Lollike piece is very directly, but by making a targeted set point and a winking look at the worries and fears of aging the material a little more digestible. The Würzburg staging remains the loyal and even though according to nurses' da shit on the ground "is to wash the singer her diaper after him (according to stage directions, it is Pooped actually) are still no disgust. The staging by Deborah Epstein added charm is replaced by the two little children who read the stage directions and breaking the barrier between conscious drama and the related instructions. The actors sometimes fall short of their role and turn to the audience.
Maria Brendel is the proverbial hen that takes care of their loved ones and take it is not possible to welcome the audience to like more time, whether through a permanent "meal!" or "Morning!" and is the largest effort to make it to the inhabitants of "wonderful opportunity" as pleasant as possible. Georg Zeies as Biermann and Max de Nile as Don Otto provide some good laughs and remember sometimes the two Muppet-grandfather of the Opera balcony, while the old kleptomaniac Vera Maria Vogt to lovingly Comic Art breathes life into. Anne Simmering hovers as an opera singer in her own world and wins the favor of the public very soon. A beautifully converted and contemporary dramatic piece, white with its own unique charm and depth to inspire.
